PRODUCTION

Interview Only
Production is the crew that oversees everything. They make sure rehearsals of all capacities are running smooth and make sure actors and technicians are all on track
Assistant Director Track:
Typically helping with acting rehearsals, they take blocking notes, line test, and more. 
Stage Manager Track:
Overseer of everything tech wise for a show. This starts out as rehearsal reports and ends with calling the show

​HANDY/CRAFTY CREWS

PROPS
They create things from everyday objects like books and furniture to special items 

PAINTS
Responsible for bringing the set to life by adding color, texture, & detail.

MAINTAINANCE
​Works with reorganization and clearing out areas as well as heavy lifting and ensuring functionality.

​The Sets Crew is the backbone of our theater productions, responsible for bringing the director’s vision to life. The Set Crew works together to create immersive environments that transport the audience into the world of the play. With creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail, they transform the stage into something truly spectacular for every performance.

LIVE CREWS

Run Crew
With helping with moving set pieces make sure everything operates seamlessly.

Lights
 Brings each scene to life by running the lighting cues that create the show’s atmosphere, excitement, and visual magic.

Sound
Keeps the show sounding its best by managing microphones, music, and sound effects to help every performance shine.

Front of House

Costumes

Responsible for bringing characters to life through clothing, accessories, and overall design, they work closely with the director and designers to create costumes that reflect the story, time period, and personality of each character. From sewing and fitting to maintaining the costumes during show, they make sure everyone looks their best.

Hair and Makeup
Responsible for transforming actors into their characters with creative hair & makeup Styling​

Backstage Costumes
Plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless costume transitions during the show.

DIGITAL CREWS

Publicity
​Their efforts help generate excitement, sell tickets, and build a strong connection between the theater and the community

Web and Archive
Responsible for maintaining the theatre program’s online presence and preserving its history.

Fundraising and Outreach
Plays a vital role in securing financial support and building connections within the community​
