Photo Crew is responsible for all of Players photographic needs. Head shots of all members of Players should be taken at the beginning of every year. Candid rehearsal shots including actor and tech and final dress rehearsal photos are essential. In the case of a musical the pit should not be neglected. Every effort should be made to do a full cast, crew, pit shot in the final week or during the brush up rehearsal. If necessary, an outsider can be brought in. A photo board should be displayed in the lobby for each show. It must include head shots of all leads, senior managers, directors, choreographers, pit conductors and officers and it should include all other members of Players. Attention to details and deadlines is a must Participation in strike is essential.
