Ushering is a big part of the entire package of seeing a Staples Players show and maintaining the professional level of Staples Players performances. Ushers arrive 2-3 hours ahead of opening time to stuff playbills and situate themselves with the theater and seat placement. An ushers job is to either greet people at the door and administer playbills, or help direct theatregoers to their seats inside the auditorium.
